Jimmy John`s in Saint Paul

Staff is rude and does not listen to what is ordered. I called to complain about the sauces I requested not to be put on my sub. They sent a replacement sub and did the exact same thing they did the 1st time. When I called back to complain again he hung up in me when I requested a refund for my sub. I will not spend my money with the rude staff. You are not better then then next person. Staff should be fired and actually be put through extensive training in how to treat customers. Lost my business. They do not deserve the 1 star I am forced to give to write a review. I'll take my business to Quiznos who actually listen and respect their customers.

Almost Speechless. I have never experienced such persistently inept people in my entire life. Sometimes, I seriously wonder if this Jimmy Johns is an elaborate prank. I don't have enough time or space here to document the service atrocities committed by this so-called business. And it doesn't stop. It's borderline criminal. If you have any self respect you won't do business here. I even go so far as to hold my breathe when I drive past. In summary, this place is an EPIC FAIL.

The only Jimmy Johns in Saint Paul I go to. This is the most consistent Jimmy Johns I've ever gone to. At other stores I would either receive a dry flakey tuna salad, or one dripping with sauce. 99% of the time at this location it is spot on. Same goes with the bread, where at other locations it is stale at this location it is consistently soft. The staff here have always been kind and exhibited excellent customer service. Some of them have taken it upon themselves to memorize my order, which I know isn't the easiest to do when you serve so many people every day.

I have never had such terrible service. I live less than a mile from this location and placed an order for delivery. I called after waiting for 45 mins for my two-sandwich order and the guy in the phone was rude to me and asked what I would like him to do. I ended the phone call and continued waiting another 20 mins. That's over an hour for the "freaky fast" delivery. I finally got my food and I am very unhappy.

Our sandwiches were fresh and good! Great customer service and respected our safe space in a small store. Our sandwiches were huge! I got three meals out of it.

I decided to post this bc of the more negative reviews about this location. To start, I have only ordered for delivery via the Jimmy John's app on my Android, which i recommend, but I have walked in to this location in the past and had no issues. In the last month 3 out of 4 times my order has come within 15 mins, one time I ordered after 1 pm and it took closer to 45 mins. I have had 3 different delivery drivers, all courteous. My order has been correct each time, although once they forgot to cut my sandwich but that's obviously not a big deal. Maybe I just had better luck but I felt the emplyees I dealt with deserved some recognition.

Used to be a great service. Now it’s freaky slow. Waiting for my food for almost a hour still nothing. Should have got a pizza if I knew I was going to be waiting this slow. Also still hasn’t been set out for delivery.

If freaky fast means an hour for delivery they nailed it.

Pretty good. Always wished they would cut these sandwiches before they wrap them. So hard to tear apart and always forget to ask until its open on the table.

This is the only Jimmy Johns that I like to order from. I have been for 5+ years! Super fast and very friendly. I usually order when I am at work like I am now. However today they made my order wrong not once but twice! The original order was made wrong, I contacted them and let them know. They called to verify before leaving the store with my remade sandwich. I received my remade sandwich and it was wrong once more! I contacted the manager to inform him it was made wrong once more. He sounded like I was being a hassle and like he was bored by my complaint. He then offered to make a new once more for the third time but it’s already been an hour and it only takes 5 mins to deliver to where I am. Not satisfied at ALL, very disappointed at their service today.

I don't know why I keep ordering delivery from this location. Consistently takes 1 hr. It's so bad that I actually factor in the extra time like, "I'm just now getting hungry. If I order now it'll get here by the time I'm really hungry". Any time that I've called I get the same excuse, "oh sorry, we just a bunch of orders all at once". Every. Single. Time.

Considering Jimmy kills large wildlife for fun and I'd love to see him dead, the people working at this particular establishments are kind and speedy.

They need to change their freaky fast slogan for this location. It’s been 40 minutes for delivery (still not here) and I only live 2 minutes away. This is ridiculous.

Suuuper slow delivery. Took 2.5 hours to get two sandwiches. Called after an hour and they said 15 more minutes. This location is a joke! Do yourself a favor and either pick up or better yet, just order from somewhere else!

They should add their phone number to this listing. What's a guy gotta do to order a sandwich? Google isn't immediately of service to my chompy yummy needs. Their sandwiches are usually spot on, and whenever it isn't they've made things right.

They literally took an hour to deliver my order of one sandwich and I’m a 2 minute walk away from this store. I would have gone myself but I was working by myself and couldn’t leave my store. I ordered when they’re supposedly not busy as well, so I don’t understand how, even with one delivery driver, it would take an entire hour to bring a sandwich down the street. Thanks JJ’s for wasting my time and my break. And showing up the second I’m busy again. Really cool.

The small fish eyed sandwich wench was really mean.. I'm four months pregnant with twins and my kind heartless bae dad wouldn't drive back to get the wallet. And the wench wouldn't give the sandwiches up. I hope she's nice in other ways. Cause I really wanted those pickles and my emotions are hurt..also josh is an unsafe pot smoker who is supposed to safely deliver my sandwiches. How am I supposed to my sandwiches when they smell like drugs?

I obviously can't give 0 stars....tonight I ordered a sandwich and found a PUBIC HAIR in it! I called the store and the MANAGER continued to argue with me that there was NO possible way ANY hair could've gotten in my sandwich. It was on the INSIDE, I couldn't blame something falling off my clothes or some other random contamination. I've worked in hospitality and am adamant about hand washing, any hair length below the chin must be secured, swap gloves frequently.....etc...to say there was ZERO possibility of hair getting into food is false. That happens, and those in charge of our food should do their best to prevent it, that's all anyone can do. I am grossed out and pissed off. Mad because he continued to insist the hair WOULD be CURLY. Not everyone's pubic hair is curly! Mad bc he adamantly denied it even existed....! I will be giving my "pubic hair sandwich" to the authorities. DISGUSTING

I ordered from here today and had a very pleasant experience! It was fast and the driver was one of the kindest delivery people I have seen he even greeted my dogs in a friendly way! I called back after receiving the food because the bread seemed stale and they remade our order and apologized. Great customer service! I would definitely order from here again

Great food and prices

The tall skinny women with short black hair and tattoo on her right arm was extremely rude and unpleasant for no reason. I requested to change something on my sandwhich when placing my order and she got really mad snatched the ticket and rolled her eyes at me. When she gave me my sandwich she THREW my sandwich on the counter didn’t say anything to me and through the sauce down missed the counter and walked away so I had to reach over the counter to get it. I felt very attacked for no reason and will not be returning.

I know that it might not be the stores fault, but it only ever happens when I order from this location. On multiple occasions when I order online I receive an error saying the card information was incorrect, but then my card gets charged for the order. When I call the store they are unable to help with the problem. My household orders very regularly from jimmy johns, so I wish they took the problem more seriously. I will not continue to order from here.
